The portion of Stagecoach Road being addressed in this project has substantial pavement distress and failure. The improvements include complete reconstruction of the road, the addition of curb and gutter, and storm sewer improvements to accommodate roadway drainage.

The project includes the construction of a pedestrian trail connecting the MVTA Park & Ride to the DNR State Trail along County Road 101.

During the construction of this project, Stagecoach Road will be limited to one-way only traffic heading east and south on between County Road 101 and the railroad tracks. There will be a signed detour route posted for northbound traffic. The one-way restriction will be removed once the first lift of asphalt is paved (expected by mid-July).
